Payment Policy
Payments are due within 3 days of when service is completed. Timely payment allows me to keep scheduling, and operations running smoothly. Any special arrangements must be made ahead of time. For jobs that require materials, payment for those materials may be requested upfront. This allows me to purchase everything needed and keep the project moving without delays.
Weather Conditions
Certain weather conditions can impact both safety and the quality of your service. If I need to delay or reschedule due to heavy rain, wind, or unsafe conditions, I’ll notify you right away and return as soon as the weather allows for proper results.
Access to Property
To complete your service safely and efficiently, the property must be fully accessible on the scheduled day. Please ensure all gates are unlocked, pet waste is removed, and large obstacles (toys, tools, furniture, vehicles, hoses, etc.) are cleared from work areas.
